Santos Family Therapy.
A safe space to explore family themes and relationships.

Family Therapy is a form of psychotherapy that can help individuals and families address a range of personal and family issues. It provides a safe space to explore relationships, open dialogues, and identify strengths to build upon. During sessions, therapists may explore self-regulation and relaxation techniques as the basis for general wellbeing. These techniques can help combat anxiety, depression, and improve relationships.

We offer:

  • One-on-one counselling or Family Therapy sessions.

  • Trauma informed practice.

  • A safe, confidential space with a culturally sensitive approach.

  • Opportunity to explore relationships openly and without judgment.

  • Discuss parenting concerns and assistance to put in routines, boundaries and de-escalate situations.

  • Unpack and discuss family issues to gain a new understanding of past situations.

  • Discuss family conflicts and disputes.

  • Talk about addiction issues.

  • Support people to manage anger and help to regulate emotions.
