Do you want to discuss family relationships with your partner, children or parents? Are you feeling anxious, depressed or just angry with your current situation? Are you having overwhelming thoughts, emotional outburst or have trouble sleeping? Have you considered talking to someone and unpacking some of the difficulties that life throws at you? Santos Family Therapy can help you with the following: • Explore family issues. • Trauma informed practice. • A safe, confidential space with a culturally sensitive approach. • Opportunity to explore relationships openly and without judgment. During the therapy sessions, you can expect a professional and confidential service, providing opportunities for the following: • Parenting advice and assistance to put in routines, boundaries and de-escalate situations. • Unpack and discuss family issues to gain a new understanding of past situations. • Discuss family conflicts and disputes. • Talk about addiction issues. • Support people to manage anger and help to regulate emotions. • Work with families with disabilities and NDIS support. • Navigating Child Protection issues and assisting with reunifications. I have over 15 years of experience in Community Services, 5 years of therapeutic experience working with complex families, foster care placements and Out of Home Care programs.
